Past, present & future

the people around the table.

Potager’s official history names a founding vision, a handoff in 2019, and a team that connects sources, kitchen, wine, service, and diner.

The whole restaurant

hospitality completes the work.

Potager’s team statement is not a celebrity-chef story. It credits the hardworking people—past, present, and future—who make the restaurant possible.

The kitchen respects its sources. Service links the kitchen to the diner, coordinates food and wine, and maintains the comfort and relaxation needed for an enjoyable meal.
